Limit Our Sharing

If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information [30] days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we may continue sharing your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing. You will need your phone number or loan number, which can be obtained from your loan officer.

Q. How does iFreedom Direct protect my personal information?
A. At iFreedom Direct, we protect personal information that we collect about you at every level of our organization. We do this by maintaining procedural and technological safeguards. When you enter sensitive information such as social security number, we encrypt the transmission of that information using SSL encryption. We are committed to customer service, and believe that protecting your personal information is an integral part of that service. To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Tracking Technologies

Technologies such as cookies or similar technologies are used by iFreedom Direct and our partners, marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

Analytics/Log Files

We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically collected data to personally identifiable information.

We partner with a third party ad network to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. Correcting and Updating Your Personal Information

Upon request iFreedom Direct will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. Our Site includes links to other Web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of iFreedom Direct. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. Social Media Widgets

Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Blog/Forum
